Skills & Requirements
Must-have
RN or CRNA or MD/DO in Anesthesiology
5+ years clinical leadership experience
Pre-anesthesia testing operations expertise
Health-tech or digital health company experience
Leading nursing teams through workflow change
Nice-to-have
Published thought leadership in perioperative care
Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR integration
Board or society leadership roles in ASA/AANA
Contributing to software product strategy
High bar for clinical safety and humility
Key Requirements
Advanced practice credentials (CRNA, MD/DO, RN)
Minimum 5 years senior executive clinical leadership
Direct hands-on experience with pre-anesthesia testing
