Base: $150,000 - $180,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement

Second Line of Defense (2LOD) expertise
RCSA execution and challenge
End-to-end process evaluation
Root cause analysis and issue management

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
