Mwccabinetry is seeking a 3rd Shift Mill Operator (laminator) responsible for operating and maintaining the laminating machine, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety and operational protocols. The position requires a team-oriented individual with basic technical skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Summary

  • Completes assigned work in accordance with Cabinetworks Operating System (COS) priorities of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Responsible for the machine settings on the infeed, laminator, and outfeed, and performs all quality tests at the outfeed for the PCPs.
  • Performs housekeeping and operator preventative maintenance duties to maintain a clean, safe operational and organized work environment.
