The ideal candidate already knows how to manage risk, adapt to changing market conditions, and execute with discipline, and is looking for the infrastructure, capital, and autonomy to grow a strategy without the constraints typical of larger institutions.
This role offers an annual compensation range of $120–160K base plus performance-based bonus.
