Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Operate diesel multi-geared bobtail truck
  • Perform vehicle mechanical and safety inspections
  • Deliver hazardous materials safely
  • Maintain accurate delivery location maps
  • Use electronic logging device for hours of service
  • Communicate regularly with sales and supervisor

Nice-to-have

  • Experience operating forklifts and chemical pumps
  • Ability to back trucks into narrow passages
  • Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition
  • Experience handling various chemical packaging types

Key Requirements

  • Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
  • Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
  • Minimum 2 years acceptable motor vehicle record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel Monday to Friday
