Job Summary
The Manufacturing HSE Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the Great Valley HSE program across all manufacturing activities including welding, assembly, and fabrication.
You will champion a Zero Loss Safety Culture by leading programs that reduce at-risk behaviors and unsafe conditions while working closely with staff to create an engaged safety culture.
The role requires partnering with HSE NA teams, Legal, and HR to facilitate appropriate medical care and ensure a timely, safe return to work for injured employees.
