The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes.
Key responsibilities include educating, orientating, coaching, mentoring and supporting Long Term Care homes' frontline teams, and promoting compliance with regulatory requirements and Extendicare standards.

Key Requirements

Ability to facilitate learning for others
Strong leadership, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
