The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of application security, DevSecOps, and cloud-native environments

Job Summary

  • Lead and mature Apex's global Application Security capability, defining strategy, setting standards, and driving execution across key domains including DevSecOps, AI Security, and Cloud-Native Application Security.
  • Ensure security is embedded by design throughout the technology lifecycle, enabling rapid and safe innovation while maintaining compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud, and Platform teams to deliver secure-by-default solutions and communicate application and platform risk to senior leadership.

  • Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, SOC1, SOC2
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, AWS/Azure Security)
