Key Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ previous experience in culinary as assistant manager positions
  • Working knowledge of division operations
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
  • Ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
