Key Requirements
Minimum two years’ previous experience in culinary as assistant manager positions
Working knowledge of division operations
Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
Ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
