The role requires serving as a finance liaison to site management and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with inventory control policies.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex financial information in a user-friendly manner to division and functional leadership.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
3-5 years cost accounting experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP principles
Experience with integrated ERP systems
Ability to wear PPE in manufacturing areas
Nice-to-have
CPA certification or public accounting background
Project costing environment experience
Team leadership and development skills
Experience integrating acquired businesses
Virtual and in-person collaboration abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
3-5 years working with cost accounting principles
Two years of demonstrable financial analysis experience
Solid understanding of US GAAP
