Job Summary

  • As a Marketplace Support Specialist, you will ensure our marketplaces run smoothly and efficiently by monitoring processes, systems, and data, and resolving issues independently.
  • You will support daily marketplace operations, manage vendor inquiries, process orders, handle mailboxes, coordinate finance and invoicing, and collaborate with the logistics team.
