The Associate Director PK is responsible for leading the design, execution, and interpretation of pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
This role requires supervising and mentoring a team of Principal and Senior PK Scientists while ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance in studies conducted at external CROs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD in Life Sciences discipline
8+ years industry experience in PK/PD
Proficiency in PK/PD and PBPK software
Strong understanding of ADME and translational science
Experience with IND-enabling PK strategies
Nice-to-have
Experience with omics data integration
Machine learning or AI-enhanced modeling skills
Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
Experience with various drug modalities
Ability to influence at all organizational levels
Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Systems Pharmacology, or related field
8+ years of industry experience in PK/PD and PBPK
Leadership and project management skills
Experience with regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs)
