Job Summary

  • As a Capability Field Execution Manager, you will lead Trade & Operator Customer Development teams to execute digital and offline contact strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • You will be responsible for delivering 70% on the job field training and 30% classroom training to develop the capabilities of the on-ground team as a key enabler for business results.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including CD, Marketing, Culinary, Business Excellence, and Digital, while showcasing your leadership skills.
