Base: $19.00 - $23.00 during training; Bonus/Equity: $75k average compensation (base + commission) during first 12 months; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment program

Key Requirements
High school education or GED
Valid driver's license
Basic math skills
Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
Ability to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently
