As an Administrative Employee, you have a versatile role within our Nijmegen branch, supporting clients with their financial administration and acting as a key link within the office.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks for our clients, including journal entries, ledger specifications, and preparing for the trial balance, as well as managing online administrations and providing client insights through dashboards.
In addition to administrative duties, you will support the secretariat by receiving visitors, handling phone calls professionally, and assisting with facility matters to ensure smooth office operations.
