Job Summary

  • As a team manager, you will directly lead care staff working in home care teams, responsible for approximately 65 FTE, managing a team of (district) nurses, home support workers, and caregivers.
  • You will actively work on important themes such as hours deployment and absenteeism, and are co-responsible for the development and translation of tactical to operational policy, with budget responsibility.
  • We offer a challenging position within an ambitious healthcare organization with room for personal development, a contract for at least one year with the intention of long-term collaboration, and a salary in FWG 60.
