Business process mapping (BPMN/flow diagrams)
Integration with HRIS/Payroll/ERP
Timekeeping platform hands-on experience
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with California wage & hour nuances
Prior exposure to time rules/configuration
Experience in Media/Entertainment
Experience with SAP a plus
Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps
Key Requirements
5+ years time & attendance/time recording experience
5+ years as a BSA/Business Systems Analyst
Experience running UAT and managing defects
Experience integrating time systems with ERP/Payroll/HRIS
