Job Summary
The position is responsible for serving as an assistant to the Procurement Specialists and will be delegated purchasing authority by the Procurement Manager for a limited range of commodities.
The position will facilitate the sourcing requirements to fulfill the requested need of items, supplies, and equipment determined by end users and will negotiate the State's terms and conditions with vendor sources to effect enforceable purchase orders.
