  • The Bartender will serve owners and their guests needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.
  • In addition, the Bartender is to service as a server as this person will be largely alone while serving the Bar/Lounge, Game Room, Private Dining Room, and Veranda.
