Key Requirements

  • Active LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days
  • GED/HS diploma plus accredited MA program or 2 years experience
  • Medication administration competency highly preferred
  • Phlebotomy experience highly preferred
