Job Summary

  • Partner closely with Upstart’s capital markets team to structure securitization transactions, complex purchase and sale agreement structures, and other liquidity arrangements.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of transactional documents opposite sophisticated institutional investors, including asset managers, private equity funds, hedge funds, and pension funds.
  • Competitive compensation, including base pay, bonus opportunities, and annual equity grants that vest quarterly, alongside generous benefits packages.
