Must-have
Multi-skilled engineer with HNC or HND background
Hands-on experience with food production machinery
Knowledge of TPM and lean manufacturing tools
Experience with permits to work and LOTO procedures
Ability to use CMMS and interpret maintenance data
Nice-to-have
Fault-finding experience with PLCs
Willingness to work Monday-Friday shifts
Collaborative approach with external partners
Key Requirements
HNC or HND qualification required
Demonstrable experience in food manufacturing environment
