Job Summary
The Vice President, HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits will help drive excellence in HR processes, payroll, and benefits, possessing a strong understanding of basic accounting and tax principles.
Responsibilities include overseeing HR service delivery, leading a team, developing policies, driving HR technology initiatives, and collaborating with Finance and other HR verticals.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, 10+ years of HR operations experience with at least 3 in leadership, and exposure to tax.
