Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
  • Valid RN, LVN, or LPN license in state of practice
  • Two years clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Medical programs
  • Certificate as a certified Case Manager (CCM) is a plus
