Job Summary
Manage the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
