Job Summary

• As the GSA Team Lead, you serve as a point of contact for the Service Ambassador team and assist the regional FM and the client’s team to drive a purposeful fusion of life and work based on authentic human experiences.
• Manage customer service centric trainings to ensure deliverables matches objectives and support, develop and coach Service Ambassadors to enable continuous improvement to the engagement with the Client employees.
