The Director of Business Strategy/Relationship Manager provides exceptional service to clients and supports Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams by enhancing and maintaining deep relationships with new and existing clients.
This role leads the development, implementation, and management of the team’s overall business strategy, assessing client circumstances and objectives to provide individualized, highly strategic investment consulting.
The position requires a strong understanding of financial industry and product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

Salary
Base: $68,000 - $120,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
