Job Summary

  • The Race Crew and Event Manager is responsible for the coordination of logistics, and the implementation and on-site direction of operational support for athlete training programs, race events, competitions and special events.
  • Manages the allocation of departmental resources for cross-functional initiatives and summer programs, including labor, equipment, and resort infrastructure.
  • This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidized medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disability options; season pass for employees/dependents, and privileges at several other resorts.

Key Requirements

  • Management experience
  • Five years competitive snow sports industry
  • USSA PSIA or AASI certification
  • USSA Level 1 Official or Chief of Race/Referee
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Lift and ski/snowboard excess of 50 lbs
  • At least 18 years old
