Job Summary

• As a Shift Lead, you will ensure that the vision, culture, and core values of Dutch Bros are upheld on every shift, acting as servant leaders within the shop.
• You will be responsible for leading the experience for every Broista on shift, cultivating the Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards, and solving problems.

Key Requirements

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
• Successfully completed most recent flowcheck (90% score or better)
• Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification
• Complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
