Job Summary

  • Analyze unique transactions and prepare technical accounting memos to document accounting positions to ensure proper accounting and disclosure conclusions.
  • Collaborate with other teams (FP&A, Tax, Legal, Operations, Business Developments, Treasury, etc.) to provide technical accounting guidance on various topics.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly Forms 10-Q and 8-K earnings release, and annual Form 10-K and Proxy statement.
