The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephones, limited to clerical duties in the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and multiline phone systems, and the ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
