Job Summary

  • The Offer Manager defines and owns the end-to-end offer proposition for Pluxee customers, employees, and merchants in Belgium, ensuring the creation of differentiated value that drives sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • They shape the offer vision and strategy by leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights, including defining compelling value propositions, identifying and onboarding strategic solution partners, structuring pricing and bundling models, building robust business cases, and determining clear commercial positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Acting as the orchestrator of the offer lifecycle, the Offer Manager works closely with the Product team to translate market needs into clear requirements and support delivery through agile product development.
