The role requires performing ongoing systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre-during-post treatment to adjust care plans as indicated.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current state RN licensure required
Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience
BLS CPR certification mandatory
Acute dialysis treatment procedures
Patient education and family collaboration
Nice-to-have
Experience with intradialytic transfusions
Preceptor or mentorship capabilities
Outpatient facility flexibility
Color vision proficiency

Key Requirements
