Root cause analysis using 8D and 5 Whys
First Article Inspections per AS9102
Statistical process controls and FMEA
Supplier qualification and audit management

Experience with UUVs and autonomous surface vehicles
Composite fabrication and special process quality control

5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace or defense
