This role requires liaising with Compliance staff, providing guidance to issuers and advisors, and ensuring all transactions adhere to exchange rules and policies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Business degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years related business experience
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently within time constraints
Proficient Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Nice-to-have
Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player
Proven client service experience
Completion of Canadian Securities Course
Understanding of public venture capital marketplace
Familiarity with TSX Venture Exchange rules
Key Requirements
B.Comm or Business Diploma with major in Finance or Accounting
