Job Summary

  • This role combines executive leadership responsibilities with deep technical expertise to establish HSSE governance frameworks, drive organizational transformation, and ensure world-class performance across diverse property types.
  • Lead strategic HSSE planning processes including property lifecycle management, capital investment priorities, and portfolio sustainability transformation.
  • Represent JLL as thought leader in Indonesian property management and sustainability forums and drive knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across Southeast Asian property markets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • NEBOSH International Diploma
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent
  • RICS certification
  • Green building certification
  • Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert)
  • 12+ years progressive HSSE leadership experience
  • 5+ years in property management, real estate, or asset management
  • 5+ years Indonesia commercial real estate experience
  • Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
  • Advanced English proficiency
