The LEAD department is committed to making an impact through its research, teaching, and community engagement related to effective and ethical leadership, the development of meaningful human capital, and the application of sound research and evaluation methods.
Instructors are expected to submit course syllabus, order textbooks or other reading materials, provide developmentally meaningful feedback, present engaging learning experiences, respond to students in a timely manner, and maintain collegial and respectful relations with members of the UofL community and external stakeholders.
