  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established procedures.
  • This role requires ensuring a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available to maintain quality care and meet daily nursing care needs of each resident.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing
  • 2+ years experience in long-term care
  • Current RN license in this state
  • Current CPR certification
