The ideal candidate should have experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, or communication at the Point of Sale, ideally within an international brand context. This position is on-site in Gütersloh, Germany, and is contractually limited until December 31, 2027

Job Summary

  • Develop impactful Direct-to-Consumer window campaigns for the Own Retail sector in close collaboration with internal departments and agencies.
  • Analyze merchandise presentation through virtual and occasional personal store visits to strengthen Visual Selling in stores.
  • Support sales companies as a reliable point of contact for all relevant Visual Merchandising topics and share best practices across markets.
