Job Summary

• Oversee maintenance for production lines, equipment, building, and grounds while leading preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Train and coach employees in safe work methods and standard procedures, and manage maintenance spending, parts purchasing, and overtime.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and USDA requirements, PSM/RMP requirements, and partner with relevant officials and standards.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years maintenance/HVAC/Boiler experience
• 2+ years previous supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
