Job Summary
The Social Worker maximizes the client/family's functioning within the context of rehabilitation, maintenance or palliation, and enhances the problem solving and coping capacity of individuals and families/caregivers utilizing a variety of interventions.
Key responsibilities include conducting tours, managing pre-admission procedures, coordinating new admissions, promoting a Resident-oriented environment, planning social work programs, and functioning as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.

Key Requirements
Registered Social Worker under Health Professions Act, 2000
Bachelor of Social Work degree
