The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for performing only those nursing care procedures they have been trained to do.
The role requires observing and reporting the presence of pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and any injuries of an unknown source to prevent decubitus ulcers.
