Job Summary Join a dynamic local SME as a Service Admin Executive supporting international procurement, shipment coordination, and service operations with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Liaise and communicate with overseas suppliers to procure replacement parts and components efficiently Coordinate with shipping and freight agencies to manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments accurately Maintain precise administrative records, documentation, and correspondence to support operational transparency Support the service team by scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling daily operational tasks Follow up on orders and deliveries to resolve logistics or supply discrepancies promptly Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare documents and manage communications Ability to communicate professionally in spoken and written English with overseas contacts Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners Organised and meticulous approach to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn new skills Prior experience in administration, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous but not required
