Key Requirements

• College degree/Technical Certification in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field
• 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse or transportation
• 3+ years experience monitoring, evaluating, and rewarding employee performance
• 3+ years experience in performance management with progressive discipline
• 3+ years experience preparing and conducting meetings (H&S and Employee committee)
• 3+ years experience investigating and reporting workplace accidents and incidents
