  • The position requires defining and owning the enterprise digital product strategy for engineering platforms including PLM, ALM, CAD, and the supporting ecosystem.

Salary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years progressive experience in technology and business strategy
  • 7+ years senior product leadership owning enterprise platforms
  • Deep expertise in PLM, ALM, CAD, and engineering systems
  • Experience with PTC solutions strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise transformation initiatives

Nice-to-have

  • Leadership in digital engineering transformation within automotive or aerospace
  • Experience operating within agile-at-scale frameworks like SAFe
  • Background in industry thought leadership related to digital engineering
  • Strong financial and analytical skills for value-based investment
