The role will collaborate with program teams to identify appropriate milestones and implement feasible loyalty programs, recognition, benefits received, and intentional stewardship touchpoints that occur year-round.
In addition, the role will oversee the strategic use of technology and tools related to stewardship ensuring efficient use across relationship management and program teams.
