  • This position leads high-severity incident response, customer communications, and root cause analysis while collaborating closely with security, engineering, and product teams to evolve managed services offerings.
  • The role includes ownership of the full service lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning, as well as contributing to automation, operational maturity, and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Ability to pass extensive government background check
