Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs, maintaining resident confidentiality, and cooperating with facility surveys and inter-departmental personnel.
