Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12+ years industrial automation experience
Leadership of global digital transformation programs
Hands-on validation and GMP knowledge
OT cybersecurity and IT/OT convergence expertise
Automation CAPEX/OPEX ownership and control
Nice-to-have
Japanese language proficiency preferred
Experience with MES, SCADA, PLC, DCS systems
Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
Knowledge of CPS standards and Industry 4.0
Fluent English communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
12+ years experience in industrial automation or digital manufacturing
Proven track record leading large global automation programs
Demonstrated ownership of automation CAPEX and OPEX planning
