Job Summary

• Headway's mission is to build a new mental health care system everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.
• As Medical Director, Payer Partnerships, you will support Headway’s health plan relationships and payer strategy to continue expanding Headway’s provider network impact.
• The expected base pay range for this position is $211,200 - $330,000, with a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and meaningful ownership opportunities.
